On April 8th, 2005, Ask Dr. Tommy O Show, Church Alive Community Church, and The Skate Key held a Food Drive and Health Screening supported by Sanford Brown Institute students supervised by La Keesha Grant. Over 400 were fed, more then half were screened for Diabetes, High Cholesterol, and Hypertension. Dr. O'Brien and his colleagues would like to thank all those who volunteered their time to make this event a success.

On July 9th, 2005, The Church of Obedience & Authority Ministries and the Ask Dr. Tommy O Community Health Education TV Show held a Community Out Reach and Health Screening Event. Over 500 community members participated in this event. Supported by Sanford Brown Institute, students supervised by La Keesha Grant screened more then half of the participants for Diabetes and Hypertension. Dr. O'Brien and his colleagues would like to thank the New York City Fire and Police Department as well as all those who volunteered their time to make this event a success.

On July 23, 2005, Church Alive Community Church , The Church of Obedience & Authority Ministries and the Ask Dr. Tommy O Community Health Education TV Show participated in the Bronx Day Community Event. Over 5000 community members participated in this years event. Supported by Sanford Brown Institute, students supervised by La Keesha Grant screened the community for Diabetes and Hypertension. Dr. O'Brien and his colleagues would like to thank the Police Department as well as all those who volunteered their time to make this event a success.

Dr. Tommy O and United Bronx Parents Inc. CEO Lorraine Montenegro have made a commitment to improving our communities with health related outreach programs. Lorraine Montenegro and her family have dedicated more then 40 years reaching out to underserved communities.

On April 20, 2006, Dr. Tommy O tape Operation Safe Child Part 1. Operation Child safety developed into a four part series which highlighted statistics, signs and symptoms of child abuse, safety precautions as well as treatment.
